Standard orders will be dispatched on the same day as long as your purchase is completed before 3pm and the goods are in stock.

Delivery is free for all standard orders dispatched to any address in the UK and are sent by 2nd class Royal Mail post. Please allow 2 – 4 days for your goods to arrive.

However, if you prefer Royal Mail 1st class delivery and you would like to jump to the front of the queue, you can select this option for a flat charge of £1.79 including VAT. This will ensure delivery in 1 - 2 days.

• If you require guaranteed next business day delivery (UK Mainland only) by courier there is a flat charge of £6.08 plus VAT (£6.98). Non UK Mainland is guaranteed 2 business days.
• If you require pre 12 noon guaranteed next business day delivery (UK Mainland only) by courier there is a flat charge of £13.03 plus VAT (£14.98). Non UK Mainland is guaranteed 2 business days.
• If you require Saturday guaranteed delivery by courier there is a flat charge of £36.52 plus VAT (£42).
• The latest time that an order can be placed for original products is 4.45pm and for compatible products 2.30pm, although if you call us after these times on 020 8216 5571 we may be able to accomodate you. Otherwise orders placed after these times will automatically be treated as an order placed the following morning.

Delivery to mainland Europe is available for all orders at a cost of £6.80 plus VAT (£7.99) for ink cartridges & £28.93 plus VAT (£34) for toner cartridges.
