Budget Refill Ink Cartridges Explained
When buying a Budget Refill ink cartridge you simply send us your empty cartridge via freepost. We check the electronics, give it a thorough clean and then refill it. Ink refills are left overnight to settle and then the print quality is tested in the morning before we send your cartridge back to you.
We use the highest quality ink to refill and you should expect to wait between 2 – 5 days from when we receive your cartridge to get it back. Please be aware that cartridges can only be refilled between once and five times. Cartridges can become faulty for a number of reasons so we reserve the right to provide you with a replacement if your cartridge does not meet the required standard upon testing or if you prefer you can have a full refund. Some cartridges cannot be refilled to a high standard and therefore in some cases a refill option is not available.
Once you have completed your payment you will be given a unique order I.D. and a confirmation of the Freepost address to write on your envelope. Please do not forget to write your unique order number on the envelope.
