What ink does the Brother DCP-135C use?

The Brother DCP-135C uses Brother LC970 ink cartridges. Brother LC970 inks comes in black, cyan, magenta and yellow; the black ink cartridge prints 350 pages, the cyan ink cartridge prints 300 pages, the magenta ink cartridge prints 300 pages, the yellow ink cartridge prints 300 pages.

Overview. The Brother DCP-135C is a multifunction scanner, copier and printer aimed at homes and small offices. Although I do not recommend it for small offices, the Brother DCP-135C is more or less perfect for home printing. This affordable printer only has one downside: the speed, but if you have enough patience, I would definitely recommend this printer if you’re looking for a nice compact all-in-one printer for home. Benefits. This printer, although slow, is simply brilliant if you have the patience for it. The Brother DCP-135C has a multi-purpose paper tray installed which allows for both basic A4 paper as well as 6x4 photo paper. The automatic document feeder is also a huge plus as it is really useful when copying a load of sheets at one time. Limitations. One of the main limitations of the Brother DCP-135C is its weight. It’s slightly on the heavy side, making carrying and transporting it quite difficult. Another downside of this printer is that, although it claims to be fast, users have found the printing speed to be on the slow side, but if you’re patient enough, it’s worth the wait. Although it is aimed at both small offices and homes, if you’re looking at this printer for a small office I would recommend to keep looking as although the print quality is exceptional, the speed may let you down and if you require a lot of printing, this printer may frustrate you.
