I was having trouble adding additional postage to an order due to my knowledge of computers being appalling. My email was answered with an instant phone call and problem sorted on the spot. Mighty impressive and coupled with next day delivery means I will not be going too far away for my next order. Cartridges worked perfectly by the way.

I had never heard of your company before but I chose you online as you appeared to be the most impressive in terms of low cost, very fast delivery (that's important when you don't carry your own stock of toners). I have not used these inks for this new printer yet but I have bought inks from this firm for several years..never had a problem ,they perform as well as originals at a fraction of the cost..and you can speak to an actual human on the phone , and they are very very helpful and pleasant..so all good
