The Fuser Unit arrived promptly and well packaged. It was not difficult to remove the damaged one and fit this (using a you-tube instructional video I found on the internet which was very clear despite being in French). Printer is back working perfectly so for £120 cost I saved about £300 on buying a new one and can use the remaining £200 worth of toner cartridges that would have to be discarded if I had to buy a new/different printer. Good News at Christmas time - its what I like to preach!
