Faulty Goods

Faulty goods are a rarity at Ink N Toner UK because quality and customer service are just as important to us as low prices.
 
However, we are human and so...

You can return faulty goods for an exchange at any time throughout the life of your cartridge.

If any product develops a defect you can return it by freepost and we will exchange and return it to you.

Alternatively, if you prefer, you can stipulate that you require a full refund.

Please send your goods with a note explaining the issue and your contact details and if possible also enclose an example copy of how the cartridge is printing.
 
Please note that you must contact us before returning your parcel so that we can process your return efficiently when it arrives.

Unwanted Goods 

If you have purchased an incorrect item or you simply no longer need it, you can return it for an exchange within 30 days of purchase.
 
All we ask is that the goods are returned to us unopened and in a re–saleable condition.
 
 
Hardware (printers / portable hard drives etc.) cannot be returned as our suppliers do not accept returns of these products.
