Xerox Ultimate Cartridges

The Xerox cartridge and drum warranty provides three key benefits:

1. Xerox cartridges and drums provide performance that meets or exceeds original equipment manufacturer standards.
2. Xerox warrants each laser toner cartridge or drum to be free of defects for the life of the cartridge or drum. Any such claim should be accompanied by a written problem description and supporting printed sample pages. Any Xerox laser toner cartridge or drum found to be defective in materials and / or workmanship will be replaced at no cost.
3. Xerox further warrants that the laser toner cartridge or drum, under normal use, will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any printer for which the cartridge or drum was intended. Any claim that the use of Xerox laser toner cartridge or drum resulted in printer damage must be verified with satisfactory evidence that the cartridge or drum was directly responsible for any such damage or failure. Any such claim must include a written statement in the service company's letterhead and signed by an authorised representative of the service company. Upon satisfactory verification by Xerox, we provide reimbursement for the directly related service cost.

This warranty will become null and void if the warranted cartridge or drum is disassembled in any way or if the cartridge or drum is handled, stored or used in any manner considered abnormal. Xerox's liability under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement or reimbursement as defined herein. No other expressed or implied warranty shall exist.
