How do i use my InknToner Reward Points?
After selecting the items you’d like to purchase, proceed to the Checkout. In the Payment Method section, choose Reward Points to see your available balance. Enter the number of points you’d like to redeem, accept the Terms & Conditions, and click Submit—your discount is instantly applied!
If your points don’t cover the full order amount, simply select an alternative payment method and click Submit again to complete your purchase. For more info see Reward Points.

Where is my order?
We ensure that all orders placed by 4 PM are dispatched the same day, provided the items are in stock.
Free Super Saver Delivery: Orders are sent via Second Class Post and typically arrive within 2–4 days.
First Class Delivery (£1.99): Enjoy priority processing over free delivery, with orders sent via First Class Post. Expect delivery within 1–2 days.

Can I open a credit account?
If you are a school, college, university, or government organisation, you automatically qualify for a credit account. Simply call us on 020 8216 5571 to set up your account, or email us at sales@inkntoneruk.co.uk with your official Purchase Order and we'll take it from there!
Business Credit Accounts:
Businesses can also apply for a credit account. However, due to online fraud risks, we require a minimum of two online orders to be placed and paid for by card in a calendar year, both delivered to the same address.
To complete your application, call us on 020 8216 5571 or email us with your company details including company registration number and VAT number. We will conduct the necessary credit checks and contact you within 24 hours to confirm your account and establish a suitable credit limit.

Can my cartridges be recycled?
The recyclability of your cartridges depends on their type. Unfortunately, not all cartridges can be recycled, and some are specifically designed to prevent recycling.
If you'd like to recycle your cartridges, simply email us with your printer model, name, and address. If your cartridges are eligible for recycling, we’ll send you a freepost bag so you can return them to us at no cost. For more info visit our Recycling page

Does my purchase include VAT?
All prices shown on our website include 20% VAT and come with Free SuperSaver UK delivery.

How do I place an order?
