Four New Printers from Canon

Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Canon is releasing four new printer devices. The four printers are: Canon Pixma MX395, Canon Pirxma MX455, Canon MX525 and Canon Pixma MX925 printers.

            

The new Canon printers will boast improved functionalities and better overall printing quality. The all-in-one devices are ideal for SOHO users to enjoy decent printing quality and speed. According to Canon these printers will have 30 page automatic document feeder (ADF) to improve office life for the users. All of the models will have the capability to print through smartphones and tablets which mean even more convenient printing for users. And as if that wouldn’t be enough for conveniency, these gorgeous devices will also have Google Cloud, Google Docs and Gmail integrated in them which the user will be able to navigate easily through a large colour display.

The printers are for sale on the market from £59 and MX395 will cost around £79 and MX455 will be sold for £99 while the MX525 and MX925 will be sold for £179 respectively.

Canon Pixma MX395 Printer Review

The Canon Pixma MX395 All-in-One is a great printing machine to carry out printing tasks will relative ease, while saving home or office space in the process. It has solid printing speed of 8.5 pages per minute for monochrome and 5 page per minute for colour which is not lightning quick but what do you expect from a £59 printer?

You can expect high resolution prints in 4800 x 1200 dots per inch resolution and high resolution scans in 1200 x 2400 dpi which mean you will have sharpest quality prints and detailed scans. The printer is additionally very good at printing photos and even has the capability to print borderless photo in 46 seconds.

What is Google Cloud Printing?

Simply put Google cloud printing lets you connect your printer to the internet and remotely print from it from another computer, tablet, smart phone or web enabled device. With Google cloud you can remotely use your work and home printers available to you and anyone else you choose. Watch the video.

What you can do with it?

With Google cloud you can print, scan, print off emails and texts, photographs all remotely from another computer or web enabled device. If this sounds good then read on.

How Does It Work?

Google cloud works by running a small program in its Chrome browser which talks to your printer driver and tells it to send print jobs. This way all you have to do is be signed into your Google account to be able to print from any other web enabled device which has a print option.

How Do I Do It?

Firstly you need to have a Google account

Then you need to install Google Chrome on the computer which has the printer you want to use with Google cloud.
